Thanks for the heads up John P
NP Dana, Anything to keep Ayla's name spoken! Keep up the good work for Ayla. These stories are heartbreaking also Dana. I do send prayers to Loh and Jaelyn and thier families! :( Innocents taken far too early.
My opinion: I think whatever happened to Ayla is the result of one person. If she was abducted one person did it as no one has found her yet. If she was seriously injured in the basement only one person was there. She was not taken for professional care or there would be record of it. If she passed because of the injuries the person that was there with her at the time hid or disposed of her remains. My reason for this belief is two or more people cannot keep a secret about what happened to this child. They would have to tell someone and it would get back to the authorities. If more than one person knew what happened LE would break them by now and they would tell all. The question I have now is did MSP and authorities botch the case? Where is Ayla and who is responsible? The guilt will haunt you until you give her up.
Dana, I respect your opinion with everything said here. I have a question though that may be food for thought. Do you not think it possible that if Ayla was harmed and there was a party of some sort occurring that all in the house would be implicated/complicit if the party involved recreational use? If this is a possibility then it is possible more than one person is aware and not speaking because all there would be charged equally. They are still remaining silent for their own freedom, and in the process aiding in the freedom of all. Just a thought to add to the discussion of your opinion.
If it happened in that basement I feel only the one that caused it knows. I really don't think anything happened to Ayla when there was a group of people around. If a party was going on it happened after the party broke up. I still am surprised that the people on Cool St sighting was not explained further by LE. Such as these people were located and the child was found to not to be Ayla Reynolds.
It is food for thought though.
The problem I have with the food for thought is: LE didn't say there was anyone there other than Justin ,Courtney , her son, Elisha, her daughter, and Ayla. There was nothing about drugs being found there. Who would the people have been that you think might have been there? Wouldn't LE have called anyone he thought could have been there in for questioning?
There were all kinds of people there that night. Elisha and Courtney are the only ones LE know about.
I also think Ayla was hurt in the basement, and since Justin didn't want to take her to the ER (again) he let her die. Possibly during a party, who knows. This is why he couldn't let Trista talk to her for days before she disappeared, and why he couldn't cash in on her insurance policy. Whatever happened, it didn't look like an accident. Hence, no 911 call (until after he hid the body). This case is no different than any other parental abuse gone bad "kidnapping" case. The parent knows because of the bruises they can't call 911, so "poof", the child disappears.Everything else is a red herring, IMO
Dana, I was more referring to the claim by Derek to Ashley P of a poker party the night before. That and the text mentioned by Trista of someone seeong Justin throwing Ayla. If Ayla was harmed that evening, crying and fussy she was put to bed to sleep it off, much like the broken arm. After the party breaks up, all go to bedd. Elisha leaves for school/work in the morning, Phoebe leaves for work. Ayla wakes and makes her way to the basement where Justin is passed out from the party the night before. She ultimately passes and when found there is nothing that can be done so there must be a cover-up because of the party the night before. Just a possible scenario. I do not know what people Anon is refering to but this is what I meant.
anon 1:47am if you know from personal experience (you being there as well or knowing one of the people that was there) that there were more people in the Dipietro house that night why have you not given this info to LE?Oaklandrez
Oak, they know, they just don't know who.Anon 1:47am
Anon 1:47 Don't you think if there were a lot of other people there, neighbors would have told LE? Most neighbors know more about what goes on at your house than you do.
The neighbors did tell police, as well as reporters. They said there was a party there that night, lots of cars coming and going and a loud noise at 3:30 am that woke a neighbors dog who wouldn't stop barking, along with a loud engine, possibly from a truck or diesel.Police have also mentioned there were others in the house, during press conferences. I will see if I can find a youtube link for you.Anon 1:47
Credit to MM for providing this link:http://www.necn.com/01/02/12/Aylas-grandfather-Im-not-buying-it/landing_newengland.html?blockID=623462Neighbors did indeed report a party at the DiPietro home Friday night.
Why would Justin lie about having a party? Is this what LE is referring to in their statements about not getting the whole story? Who the hell was at this party?
What I find interesting is that no one has come forward --not publicly anyway-- that I've heard of, saying they were at a party at the DiPietro's Friday Dec. 16th. With Facebook, blogs, websites, you'd think that someone would say something about it. Something, positive, negative,- so and so was there--something, anything. ?? The only thing I've heard is rumors of a party. Yes, McKee, who the hell was at this party?
I find it interesting that there are no direct quotes from the neighbors or LE regarding this alleged party. Also interesting to note that the Morning Sentinel did not report on this. If they did, I didn't catch it. I find this detail significant, but not really substantiated. Sloppy journalism? I don't know. I think a reporter should run this by McCausland for confirmation.
a young man who was at the dips house that night was killed in an auto accident.
And who was that? Is this now the gossip mill, or what?
Anon 1:24 has this little tidbit been forwarded to LE?Oaklandrez
Anon 1:24...your comment is rather cryptic. Can you put it into context? When was the car accident? Are you suggesting there is a connection between the car accident and the alleged party/Ayla's disappearance? TIA!
Anon 1:24, I assume you are also the Anon 1:47 above. Either way though you seem to know alot about this party and the people who attended. 1. With that said, were you there or are you repeating what you were told?2. If the person is now deceased, why would you not provide at least the first name of the individual so LE can eliminate thier prints?3. You say LE knows there was a party but not who was there, can you tell us how you know that?4. Oaklandrez asked if you had told this information to LE, I can only assume you have not since you say you know who was there and LE does not. Can you tell us why you did not tell LE?
I didn't know if you all heard this yet:http://www.denverpost.com/recommended/ci_23553442RIP, sweet, beautiful Dylan.....
Hey, Rose! Yes...sad news. My heart breaks for Dylan's family and friends.Hope you are well.
Thank you, mckeekitty! I feel very badly for Dylan's mother, brother, and family. While I am not surprised by the outcome in this case, it really took me by surprise to read about it today. :-(I am okay. My oldest, sixteen years, just graduated; she is heading to Stanford this fall. I hope that you are well.
