He Finally Speaks!!!!

Justin, Elisha and Phoebe finally speak to the KJ and address McCausland's statement that the communication has stopped between LE and the DiPietros.

DiPietro said if communication has stopped, it's because the questions he, his mother and sister ask investigators do not get answered.
"If I'm not calling them, it's for good reason," DiPietro said

Regardless of their feelings for you Justin, if you were concerned about Ayla, you would put that aside and call them daily, if not multiple times a day, looking for updates on the investigation

DiPietro said he is cooperating with the investigation.

"(Investigators) have my phone number, they know where I live. I've made myself available to them and accessible at any point in time they've asked me or called me. As far as 'no communication,' I do not understand where that's coming from."

DiPietro said he has offered tips and theories about Ayla's whereabouts to investigators. His attempts to follow up with investigators on those tips go nowhere, he said.

"You can try and try, but if you're not getting anything in return ... It's like (McCausland) said, communication is a two-way street."

Maybe investigators see those tips as what they are, diversion tactics, maybe they have followed up on them and wasted valuable time and resources on wild goose chases...

DiPietro cited a January statement by McCausland that there were three adults and two children in the house the night before Ayla was reported missing, which McCausland later clarified to say there were three children in the home, "two besides Ayla."

"That's a little detail that they're getting wrong at the beginning of this investigation, so how many other things?" he said

It probably was hard for investigators to get those little details straight, since all of their info was coming from you and how many times did you slip up Justin, or your mother? Was she there? Yes, oh wait no! She wasn't there.

His mother added, "I think Mr. McCausland is very full of himself, and he should check his facts before he goes out and makes statements

Phoebe, many feel the same about Justin...

Justin DiPietro wouldn't speak at length about the discovery of blood. He said police showed him evidence of "a few drops."

"It is a fact that her blood was found in my house. Yes, it is a fact that she broke her arm in my house. But, it is not a fact that any of it was intentional.

"My daughter did not come to her demise down in my house. Nothing bad ever happened to my daughter in my house. She never got anything but love from the people in this house," he said.

So, if she did not come to her demise in your home, where did it happen? If it wasn't intentional, was it an accident? Was it Courtney who caused it and not anyone who lives in the house? Why not discuss the blood? How did it happen? A simple explanation may sway the public's opinion... Are you still working with LRC?

I hope the public is wrong, I hope Ayla is alive and well somewhere but unfortunately Justin, this has come a little too late. You still don't answer the pertinent questions and the whole article is more about how LE has painted your family in an unfair light. You want the 911 tape released? So do we but LE has their reasons for why they don't want it released and I bet they are really good reasons. Maybe LE will make a counterstatement and finally publicly say the DiPietros are lying or telling the truth about the amount of blood.

  1. The fact that he says "met her demise" makes it sound like he knows Ayla's dead. Why the fuck would you use that word or anything insinuating she wasn't alive if you thought she was just kidnapped. Did he momentarily grow a pair to make that statement or did all his Mommy's coach him? They are, as usual, more concerned with their portrayal in the media than about Ayla.

    6. Yes Bride, demise is minimizing. I also think he was going to say down in my basement/bedroom, but was quick enough to stop himself before the word came out of his mouth. IF he had said basement/bedroom, that would have been disasterous for him. I think he was probably going to say "my bedroom", but then the switch to "my house", caused the next statement to have to be "my house", he then switches to "this house". Was he at Mama Phoebe's house, Courtney's house, Mama Heidi's house or someone elses when he said "this house"?

I have been looking for it online for the past few hours, I know it was on either Websleuths, The Hinky Meter, or ScaredMonkeys but there are soooo many posts to go through. If you have a link or took a screenshot of it can you please email it to justiceforayla@yahoo.com. Thanks

***but he changes from "MY" house(closeness only for him, why?) to "THIS" house(closeness)...this indicates the statements do not correlate in some way within his mind...
*** this is likely because the first two sentences are true in regards to Ayla not being dead in the house, but SOMETHING happened in "MY" house(mortally injured), as taken in the light I portrayed above. The third statement is a blatant lie concerning the love she got, but not a lie that she was indeed living in "this"house...he just keeps giving his underlying thoughts away...master of freudian slips...keep on providing the ammunition that will shoot you...we appreciate it :D

    2. I don't think the timing is important as I don't think they knew each other were doing the interviews. The content of the two interviews is very important. Maybe someone can correct me if my opinion is wrong. My opinion of the two interviews:

Justin is desperate on three levels
      1. He is trying to minimize the blood evidence,
      2. He knows he will not get answers from LE if they consider him a possible suspect,
      3. He is trying to convince the public (jury) that it is LE that is lying rather then himself.

Trista is mad as hell on three levels
      1. "she continues to pray for Ayla's safe return but needs answers -- good or bad -- about her daughter's fate." "She believes Ayla's father, Justin DiPietro, has the answers."
      2. "I'm tired of wondering and I'm tired of worrying," she told The Associated Press. "It's just not fair. And Justin is the one who could end all of this in a matter of minutes."
      3. "What's really on my mind on a daily basis is I'm wondering every day whether my daughter is dead or alive. That's what I want to know. Is she alive or is she dead?"

Desperation (shows guilt) versus madness (shows innocence)! Justin, give the much needed answers!

  4. Justin "claims" what DIDN'T happen to Ayla, she didn't meet her demise, nothing bad ever happened to her and she never got anything but love - all these things didn't happen in his house, except her demise didn't happen "down" in his house. Most people here probably also follow SA, so are aware of what it means when someone reports something in the negative.

How come he didn't plea to the big, bad kidnapper? Or better yet, call HER out? This was his chance. If he really thought Trista "kidnapped" Ayla, why did he not call her out?? That is the biggest crock going! If a parent thought that the other parent came in their home and "stole" their baby, wouldn't the be yelling it from the rooftops? Besides being a crock, it proves his character. It proves just how low he is. Not only did he take Ayla when Trista was not fully able to protest, he neglected/abused Ayla, did God knows what to her "down in his house", THEN on top of it all has the gall to actually blame Trista?! He is truly, the lowest of the low.

JD must have selective memory loss - could it be that Steve McCausland said two children as a bleedin' obvious sign he doesn't believe Ayla was there on the night of 16th/17th December as previously speculated - I feel this is him confirming LE believe she did in fact go missing before the reported night and he corrected himself to throw JD & Co. off.

    1. He's worried about THAT? Trying to claim it was a lie or even an investigative error. Maybe he should be worried about how his Mama lied, on purpose, on national TV.

I don't think McCausland's "error" was either a lie or an error. I think it was either an accidental slip, knowing the Ayla was not there that night, or a "slip", on purpose to rattle Justin. Justin is waiting until now to bring this up? Oh, that's right, he was emotionally incapable back then.

I wonder why he is still UNemotional to his daughter, Ayla? He STILL showed no emotion towards her in this interview. Neither did Ayla's "grandmother" and "aunt". It's all about them. Always has been...

      Delete
    2. notice he never ever says Ayla's name??! Not ever!! In all of his interview he refers to her as "my daughter." That in itself, and his lack of emotion is very telling. LE know all these things and guarantee agree with us all, they just can't say it yet.

    3. Sociopaths are incapable of empathy. They are apathetic towards everyone. This is a prime example of someone incapable of loving someone, trying to show emotion through words but even with his face hidden, he cannot appear to be sad or hurt, just angry. Anger is an emotion sociopaths have no problem showing and Ayla's battered and broken body was proof positive of that.

JD's advisors must be beside themselves. Like did he really say "demise"?? I bet when they got him off camera after Justin's Today Show bomb, they thought they could control him. Well, they cannot. He cannot ever come out and talk about Ayla and how much he m issues her, nope. He only replies with emotion when Trista speaks out for information on where her beloved angel is. Her crying is real, her tears are real, her heart is broke. JD is just angry because that is the only emotion a sociopath is capable of showing.

  7. Someone, asked why now? The Grand Jury~ they are scared shitless.

btw: She didn't meet her "demise" at my house. Ladies and gentlemen, that was a Freudian Slip. Poor Alya. At least Justin has told us that Alya is deceaseed.

Demise: death or decease, termination, the end of existence.

Freudian slip: "a slip of the tongue" It is a verbal mistake that is believed to REVEAL a REPRESSED belief, THOUGHT or emotion.

It is also believed to be an error in memory or physical action that could be caused by an UNCONSCIOUS MIND.

Now, if Justin just tell LE where Alya's location, he likely can get a deal and get that immunity for the rest of the W/3. Its all coming together now. He wants IMMUNITY for the rest of the family and Courtney before he gives up the location. This is going to be a hard pill to swallow for LE, however, they should at least consider it and go from there.

    1. Wrong. Sociopaths have no care for anyone but themselves. Justin is a sociopath so he clearly would never sacrifice himself for his family. As a matter of fact I hear from a local source that Justin and his family are not even close. He is feared for his violent outbursts and barely visited before stealing Ayla. He only shows up when he needs money and of course, when he needed a place to abuse Ayla to get back at Trista for not wanting to be with him.

Rumor is, JD kissed Trista's ass in private. That he really wanted to be with her and only settled for Courtney when Trista made it clear she was not going to be with him, but wanted him to be in Ayla's life. This infuriated JDip and he vowed to make her pay. Couple this with the fact that Courtney was cheated on again and we have Ayla paying for JD being a cheater and for Trista being a very pretty girl while Courtney is vomit-inducing. JD was only with CR for her drug connects. Seriously, at least he has taste in the women he WANTS to be with.

So the notion that JD would sacrifice himself for anyone is utterly preposterous. His "immunity" comment was to show how BIG a man he is and that he could forgive even a kidnapper if they would just bring her home. He is the worst liar in the history of crime and there will be 100's of instances shown to the grand jury where all of his friends, family, and enabling lawyers/new mommy are lying to protect themselves.

  8. Of course "Nothing bad happened" Ayla down in "HIS house". JUSTIN doesnt even HAVE "a house"!
The house at 29 Violette Ave, is his MOTHER'S house.
This statement technically allows Justin to be "truthful", WHILE blatantly lying about his knowledge AND involvement in what happened to Ayla BECAUSE the statement is PREDICATED UPON the property being "his".

"NOTHING HAPPENED" to Ayla on "HIS PROPERTY"...because JUSTIN DOESN'T OWN ANY PROPERTY!

  10. A newspaper reporters article doesn't cut it, in my opinion.

If Justin can "talk" to a reporter, he ought to be able to stand in front of the public and say those words. I won't believe it came from Justin unless I see his lips moving! He owes that much to all the people who are praying for Ayla, looking for Ayla and sharing posters, flyers, buttons, images and her story! The public has spent their own money and time in the search for his daughter.

Come out from hiding Justin and talk to US (the public). You want to turn the tide of opinion, only YOU can do that. Face to face!

He needs to stand in front of the public and say those words. Hundreds of people, perhaps thousands of people in the public have spent countless hours of their time sharing Ayla's story, her posters and images. He owes them a "face to face" conversation.

If you are being honest Justin, you should have no problem facing a camera in a public setting and saying those words. - KJ

Simply, insert the meaning of demise and you will get: Ayla did not meet her "death" at my house. The questions to Justin should be : How do you know she is dead? And, where did she meet her death? Courtney's ? a vehicle ? her final resting place? Where?

Can you tell me where you heard this cup full of blood information at? Im no LE but Im pretty sure they dont measure blood amounts in cupfulls and Im absolutly positive that if an ACTUAL cup of blood was found of Ayla's Justin would have already been arrested. Dont get me wrong, I think he is guilty but I dont think he murdered her. I think he took her somewhere and hid her, for whatever reason (either he didnt think Trista was fit to raise her or he just wanted her himself) I could be wrong but based strictly on the evidence the POLICE have released and not based on BLOG speculation I think he took her. The van that was seen in the middle of the night a few days (i think) before she "went missing" was prob the date she actually did go missing. Again, I could be wrong, but based on the evidence that we KNOW (please dont include the arm break, it was deamed normal by the doctors, or the LIP as I have one on my kid and I think they are normal for people to have , even unemployed people if say his mother was paying it)I dont think he killed her. I also dont think women (Courtney and Elisha) would have kept quiet about this if for nothing else fear of their own children. I think he took her and she will be found and returned to her mother soon enough.

Justin DiPietro and his mother and other family members strike me as just a normal American family that loves their baby girl Ayla and her cousin Gabby with all their hearts. You and the folks on here don't have a monopoly on love. The father's family has far greater love for Ayla than any of you, yet you are all so arrogant and hateful that you deny their love for their own child.

You sound to me like a bunch of crazy people who think you can read people's minds whom you have never even met. You think you can "know" the facts even without any access to the evidence. For you to believe that you can have the truth all figured out in this case is just a reflection of some sort of mental illness on your part. NO ONE can be certain of what the truth is until all sides of the story have been reviewed by an impartial decision maker, such as a jury, and until then everyone is innocent as a matter of law and common human decency. So...tell me Dr. Phil, how do you explain a cup of blood or more? Is your small and arrogant mind capable of understanding how much a cup is? Go to your kitchen...take out a measuring cup...fill it with water, and throw it on the floor. Then tell me we are crazy and shame on us. He said fact is there was blood found of hers. Fact is she broke her up. But there it wasn't on purpose. So he ACCIDENTALLY hurt her and spilled her blood!! oh, that makes it ok!!! Go get in line to boink your best friend and defend a murderer once again. Once LE finds out all these "friends" of this idiot knew what he did and didn't tell you too can go to jail and be someone's new girlfriend!

    4. Did she stray from TLCOM? I know it's scary over there, but facing the TRUTH over here is probably more scary.

No Dr. Phil, I don't know Justin. If I did, I would tell him the jig is up and to fess up. I only know what little bit of lies have escaped from his and his familys mouths. I certainly know that he doesn't appear to care one little iota about Ayla, as he is emotionally incapable of speaking out for her, EVER. It is more important to defend himself against what LE may have said. He claims he doesn't care about what others think of him, well then where is he? His daughter has been "kidnapped" and he AND his whole family missed yet another chance to speak for Ayla. To speak up for her. To speak to her. To plea with Trista The Kidnapper, to bring her back.

Is Justin working with LRC? Why not?

Why did Phoebe lie on national TV, then put up No Trespassing signs? Where was Phoebe *that* night?

How can Elisha feel safe with Gabby down in Justins house?

      Where's Courtney?

Dr. Phil, can you please point me in the right direction, where I can find this information? Can you please point out to me where ANY of these people have shown any emotion whatsoever towards Ayla? Please. I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps I missed this info somewhere along the way.

Do I think strangers care more about Ayla than her father and his family? Yes, I sadly do.

    5. Oops, I forgot...

Dr. Phil, do you think the jury is going to know Justin and his family? You do know that's not allowed, right?

    6. CallingDrPhil, or should I say loyal "TLLOM" Justin supporter,

You say that "Justin DiPietro and his mother and other family members strike me as just a normal American family..."

You say the posters here "sound to me like a bunch of crazy people who think you can read people's minds whom you have never even met"

So, TLLOM member, tell us how many of the posters here have YOU met?

And I do not even want to know what kind of "normal American families" that you know!

    7. You forgot a question Kit. Let me help you out.

DrPhil, can you tell us why you were able to use Aylas name twice in your little escapade, but Justin still can't find it in his heart to use her name???

  17. Given how bad things continue to keep looking for Justin and crew, I wouldn't doubt if this was coordinated by HT & AH, probably rehearsed with them what to say and what not to say.

    1. I would love for one person that knows Justin to tell me when he has ever used the word "demise" in his day to day conversation. I agree it was rehearsed!

    1. The text messages posted could be from anyone to anyone. There is no proof they are from Trista. There is no proof they are to Justin. I'm sure the police have records of all text messages between the two.

The only reason these texts were posted by LIES, was to point the finger at Trista (which is his/her typical agenda). The comments being allowed on his posts are "filtered" by LIES. Not every comment is being posted. Just another way for LIES to manipulate public opinion.

As LIES stated, one sided text messages are meaningless. Even those of us at TLLOM know that one sided stories mean nothing.

  19. holy shit!! are you guys reading this!??! This is just an attempt to deflect the blame and make Trista look bad. Shame on your Justin!! Release the messages Trista, fight fire with fire!! I see nothing wrong with anything Trista said. She's playing nice to get the truth out of him, it's as plain as day. Just when we think he couldn't be any lower or any more of a scum bag!!

    1. I Agree 110%, in my opinion those txts only show me that there was a time when Trista wanted to believe Justin had nothing to do with Ayla missing, and who would want to believe that about your baby's father? and the txt about one of Justin's friends telling her he saw Justin throw Ayla..umm, I think that only makes Justin look worse. As far as anything else she said in that txt, people sometimes say things when they're upset that they may not normally say, and to have your baby missing and be told something like that, when she went missing from her dad's house, I imagine that would be pretty damn upsetting.

When it comes down to it, none of those txts do anything to prove Justin or the others in that house didn't have anything to do with Ayla's disappearance. Nor do they show or even point towards Trista and her family having anything to do with Ayla's disappearance.

Like you said, it's just an attempt to deflect the blame and make Trista look bad, and I like how Aunt Selena commented "good job", really? a good job? Shameless!

Seems that family's main concern is about defending Justin and smearing Trista, not finding out what really happened to Ayla or where she is.

  20. Well I read those text messages. I don't see how anything she said was bad or wrong or she's a kidnapper or anything. There is nothing to even finger point at her for. I don't understand what the purpose of posting them were.

It's pretty obvious that Trista wanted desperately to believe that Justin did not do something to Ayla and she wanted to work TOGETHER with him. I would think most all parents would feel the same way, at first.

I'd LOVE to see his side of the conversation. I think he was sweet talking/manipulating her. Thats just a guess though.

How would someone have just HER side of the texts anyway?

  21. They must have been taken off of Justins phone which only goes to prove how much more of a shit he really is. Whoever posted the texts has access to Justin's replies too.

One of their friends saw Justin throw Ayla? omg.. that poor baby. I hope Justin rots in hell for what he's done.

  22. Some cell phone companies only have one side of the messages, if requested, I THINK. Unless probably court ordered. Maybe someone more familiar with cell phone records would know for sure.

I know quite a while back (years) I wanted my records. I can't even remember if it was texts or phone numbers I wanted, but I was told they only had records of either incoming or outgoing. I can't, for the life of me remember which it was.

GREAT text messages. It shows that LE asked Trista to stay in touch with Justin and to stay on his good side to try to get information. I think it's hilarious Lies thinks these texts are bad ones. It's fascinating Justin stayed in touch with her too. Most likely trying to get information from LE thru Trista. This is a great reveal! You're going down Justin.

Also, it goes to prove once again, that Justin is vindictive. He tried to make Trista look bad with those texts, but he wouldn't reveal what he texted. I can't wait until those come out and get SA'd!

  25. Justin is making himself look guiltier by the minute. Now that those texts have been posted they are a matter of public record. Now she can post the text conversation in it's entirety with no fear of reprisal. I am sure LE is loving this. Trista=smart and composed. Justin and his low-life family and friends(all 10 of them) look desperate and guilty.

  26. The dips want the 911 call released. I bet Justin implicated Trista in that call. I think it was his intent to frame Trista all along.

  27. They want them released. So do I, but there is something on them that MSP do not want the Dips to know. ???
What is it ? It is eating them up. And the Dips don't know what it is. How's that for a late nite insomnia attack Justin ? and the rest of your show me the love, break my arm, make me bleed and then make Ayla disappear family and call it LOVE. I would categorize it as HATE or ABUSE NEGLECT or CRIMINAL.
